• Bowling tournament listing and discovery
• Online tournament registration
• Tournament management tools for directors
• Score tracking and standings
• Communication between tournament directors and participants

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Tournament Registration

For Bowlers

• Registration constitutes a commitment to participate
• Entry fees and refund policies are set by individual tournament directors
• You must meet any eligibility requirements (USBC membership, average limits, age restrictions)
• Providing false information may result in disqualification

For Tournament Directors

• You are responsible for the accuracy of tournament information
• You must honor published rules, fees, and prize structures
• You are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable taxes
• You must comply with USBC rules if running a sanctioned event

5. Payments and Fees

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. Tournament entry fees are paid to tournament directors, and BowlWith.Me is not responsible for refunds, which are handled directly by tournament directors according to their stated policies.

6. SMS Communications

By opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to receive text messages related to your tournament registrations. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Submit false bowling averages or eligibility information
• Interfere with the operation of the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

8. Intellectual Property

The BowlWith.Me name, logo, and all content on this website are the property of Synersis Media, Inc. You may not use our trademarks or content without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF TOURNAMENT DIRECTORS, BOWLING CENTERS, OR OTHER USERS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNERSIS MEDIA, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synersis Media, Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kalamazoo County, Michigan.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or notice on the website.
